
It was in the western reserve city of Hudson, Ohio where Jared Kirby developed an extensive knowledge of food and culinary arts under the close supervision of two graduates of the Culinary Institute of America for a period of four years. Jared expanded his culinary knowledge during a one year experience in Germany. He moved to Australia where for the next six years his cooking skills and creativity as an Executive Chef earned him "Queensland Finest Restaurant Award" at the Australian Restaurant Association annual presentations. He was since returned to his roots in Hudson and currently is the Executive Chef at Moe's Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
